Did some cardio style deads tonight. Grippers, and 1 HP Pinch to follow in that order. Grip work was done between DL sets.

So I'm just trying to do some cardio while using weights at the same time because I hate jumping around just to break a sweat. Figured I couldn't do volume with the weight I can usually DL, so I brought it down a bit. Feel good now, but we shall see tomorrow.
I exploded into each CCS with my grippers. A buddy of mine shared that with me so I thought I'd give it a shot. Felt good and strong.
Got a 2# PR on my 1HP from last week. I'll take anything I can get. My 1HP is finicky sometimes.
