192x5 The last two were new numbers for me. I suck at bench, but Aaron is helping me get to where I need to be.

Tried Cyplenovs, but the grippers blew my forearms and could barely manage 5 curls with 55lbs on RH. None on my LH. lol
Looking at my hands make me hungry.

Very nice workout Zac! Those block sets will work the hell out of you and make you stronger for the MMS work.
