Bench Press, Hammer Curls, and Grippers today. I have been lifting weights for almost a year now. As I explained on a previous post, my numbers are not what I would like them to be and/or what they should be. That' totally my fault though. Just didn't train properly or with discipline. Today I FINALLY surpassed 200# on bench. It's a bit embarrassing, but I just haven't trained it much or with good form. Working my way up there though! Yeah for me.
Bench Press:

Hammer Curls:

Both my #1 and #2 have both handles filed. It's a bit ridiculous, but it's how I roll.
Grippers CCS Day:

If I didn't click em closed, I didn't count them. These were reps done between Bench, and Curls. I am feeling pretty strong on grippers these days. Not closing huge grippers, but am finally doing decent sets of CCS and MMS closes.
