A Couple of Goals...

for next year.

First of all in the strength realm I want to cert on the C.o.C. #3. This takes a lot of work for me as I wanted to do that this year, but I found closing bigger grippers is harder for me than I thought it was going to be. I totally believe I can CCS a #3 right out of the package. I think I might even be able to go bigger.

The second big goal I want to accomplish is perfecting and brewing my own recipe for a Porter, and a Saison style beer. I want to be able to do these from All Grain scratch. Minus growing my own barley and hops of course. I do want to cultivate my own yeast though. They are my two favorite styles of beer, and to be able to come up with and reproduce with accuracy each time would be quite the feat for me.
