So the better half and I brewed up an Irish Red Ale last Sunday. Looks like it's gonna be a good brew. I checked the gravity yesterday and looks like it has fermented all the way out. Probably gonna end up at a 4.8%. Quite sessionable if ya ask me. I also put some Jameson Irish Whiskey soaked french oak chips in the fermenter yesterday. These will sit there for about two more weeks imparting some good flavors into the beer... hopefully.
I like brewing!
