All in all I am pretty happy with my lifts today. I tried pulling 91 lbs with my 1hp, but all I managed to do was hop it. Barely at that. That dead lift is a new number too btw. I think if my pansy ass body can't strict press a certain weight, I will push it up and slowly release it. Hopefully next week I can strict press the amount.
