Workout 11-29-11

Bench, Grippers, and a little 1HP was in order today.

210x3 didn't attempt the last two as my arms didn't feel strong for it, and I am a scaredy cat when it comes to dumping my weight. lol 210 is a PR for me anyway I look at it.

That is big progress for me on my #3. Granted I did not set it myself, and I know how much of a difference that makes, but I have never closed it from 3/4" before under any circumstances, much less for 4 singles. Yea me.
