4/27/12

 Day 7 of Primal. BW 264#

Over all energy has been down even though I have been feeling good. I haven't felt bloated at all since I started Primal. I have had some issues with minor constipation, but have been drinking more water and getting more fiber the last few days, so that should change. Despite the general energy loss I found it in me to workout tonight. Glad I did.

Great work buddy!

One thing that I think helps keep the bowels going good is eating an avocado a day. Lots of fat and fiber to keep things moving plus one of the fatty acids in them triggers the brain that you're satiated so you're less likely to snack.

Been doing one a day since I started the diet. I love em! Something about those green little buggers that keeps me coming back! I think the majority of my issue lies in water consumption. I have fixed that though, and am moving like the mighty Mississippi now! Thanks for the advice though brother.
